Can I trust your cleaners?

We went through a real accreditation review — business license, insurance, and a background check, each reviewed and confirmed by HCTAC, not just self-reported. See the Accreditation status section below for exactly what's been checked and when.

Do you bring cleaning supplies?

Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment. We use high-quality, non-toxic products that are safe for pets and children.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as we can get in. But for your first cleaning, we generally suggest being there at the beginning and at the end so you can check our work.

What if I'm not happy with the cleaning?

Let us know right away and we'll come back to fix it at no extra charge. We want to make sure you're taken care of.

What's your cancellation policy?

Please let us know at least 24 hours before. Late cancellations may have a fee since we've already set aside time for you.

Are you a franchise brand?

No, we're not a franchise. Seattle Suds is a fully independent, individually-owned and operated business — we don't dictate how they price their work, staff their team, or run day-to-day operations. HCTAC is an accreditation network: Seattle Suds chose to meet our published accreditation standards for insurance, licensing, and safety, and pays an accreditation fee to earn the HCTAC Verified badge — not a license, franchise, or business opportunity.
